Day 1: Arrive in Bangkok

Pick up at the airport and transfer to hotel in the city. Check-in and rest of time shall be at your own leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Oriental Cooking Class + Dinner Cruise (B, L, D)

Morning cooking class at the Oriental Mandarin Hotel in Bangkok. Our cooking instructor will skillfully demonstrate methods and steps of Thai cookery from ingredient preparations to the actual cooking. Class participants will be encouraged to undertake the task of grounding pastes, chopping up meat and vegetables, stir-frying, deep-frying and stewing food, and finally proudly taste the most delicious dishes they have ever cooked. Treat yourself and your loved ones with a 2.5 hour evening cruise along Bangkok's Chao Phraya river. Watch river life go by and feast on a Thai dinner feast as the band on board entertains you. This will be a memorable night on board one of Bangkok's most luxurious restaurant boats relaxing in modern comfort and dining like King Rama V on a variety of Thai dishes. As you cruise slowly along the Chao Phraya River you will pass The Temple of Dawn and the Grand Palace complex which both provide sensational twilight photo opportunities. It is also a great vantage point to watch the life along the river as people slowly start to unwind or head home after a busy day. Transfer back to hotel and overnight at hotel in Bangkok.

Day 3: Full Day Cooking at THAI HOUSE (B, L, D)

To day is spent at the Thai House where you could how to prepare and cook various delicious Thai dishes - The Thai House is a traditional Thai house built with a golden teakwood structure in an architectural style that was popular around the Ayutthaya region in central Thailand some 150 years ago. The distinctive wing-shaped roof structure is inspired by the temples. It is thought that these wings are a means of the inhabitants to reach heaven. Culinary courses featured at the Thai House are designed for participants with little time but who wish to attain the basic knowledge it takes to create menus for home entertainment, or simply to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal. The cooking classes are held in an outdoor classroom in the midst of an orchard of mango, banana, papaya and coconut trees, and a kitchen garden of fresh herbs and spices used in the recipes. Lessons featuring brief lectures, the preparation of ingredients, hands-on cooking demonstrations and time for discussion and enjoying the fruits of success are conducted in an open air kitchen. Transfer you back to hotel and overnight at hotel in Bangkok.

Day 4: Bangkok/Floating Market/River Kwai (Meals: B)

Combine a cruise through the Floating Markets with a visit to Bridge on the River Kwai on this full-day guided tour from Bangkok. With the knowledge of your local guide, this is a wonderful way to maximize your time and delve deeper in the Thailand's Kanchanaburi region. Transfer back to hotel and stay overnight at hotel in Bangkok.

Day 5: Bangkok-Phuket (Meals: B)
At leisure and today we will fly to Phuket - Phuket is beautiful bays with sandy beaches and palm-blessed and in the interior of the island are always blue lakes. With its unique, mountainous landscape and the lush, colorful forest, the fine, golden sand beaches, is the "Pearl of the Andaman Sea" certainly one of the most beautiful places in Thailand. The hotel and restaurant sectors, as in Thailand was to be expected, exquisitely. Pick up at the airport and transfer to hotel.

Day 6: Pum's Healthy Lifestyle Cooking - 6 hrs (Meals: B, L, D)
Our Phuket cooking classes start this morning. You will learn how to create a balance between your desire to be healthy and your craving for delicious food. Pum will personally teach you the benefits of Thai herbs and suggest menus with coupled with Thai herbal drinks. This full day class includes the Lazy Cuisine cookbook and a selection of kitchen goodies. Dinner at the restaurant. You will be free in the evening. Overnight at hotel in Phuket.

Day 7: Half day cooking class in Phuket (Meals: B, L)

Today we'll enjoy our second cooking course in Phuket. After a short demonstration, we'll get more great hands on experience! Your afternoon is free at your own leisure. This evening we'll go to Phuket Fantasea, for an evening of extraordinary entertainment. Overnight at hotel in Phuket
Day 8: Free at leisure. (Meals: B)

Balance of the day at your leisure to relax or indulge in a variety of activities on resort ground on the beaches. Overnight at hotel in Phuket
Day 9: Phuket - Bangkok - Departure (Meals: B)
Free at leisure until we will transfer you to the airport to catch flight back to Bangkok or onward. HOME SWEET HOME. End of service.
